Tried EVERYTHING listed here and finally got it fixed tonight!! Check to make sure you are not connected to an XFINITY WiFi Hotspot (xfinitywifi or XFINITY) instead of your in-home WiFi network.
I tried EVERYTHING. Ensure RADIUS is working. The quick fix of manually setting an ip address etc works fine at home, but the problem remains if you want to use the wifi available at other locations.
