Window Media Player Can't Get Album Info


Under the "Privacy" tag there is, "Update music files by retrieving media info from the internet". I have been quite happy with WMP basically as I just rip to 320 kbps and add some tracks to playlists. This is probably a really simple, obvious problem (I hope), but I can't find answers anywhere.
