If your computer makes one or two short beeps before starting, this is normal and your computer is telling you that BIOS startup was successful. It worked for me....!!!!
a week ago.- Was the BIOS setting changed somehow? Anything I can do? If you do, then the issue is your backlight inverter, or your actual laptop screen. If you were "outta here" like you originally stated, then you would've been. After reading many threads and blogs. Just shutdown, put the battery back in you’re good to go.
