When I try to access the BIOS to boot on the live ubuntu on my USB an error message quickly flashes and ubuntu loads again. Thanks SO much to the folks who figured this out! My USB 3.0 drive was sleeping and sometimes giving i/o errors. Question: would the above procedure work the same for a Win7 USB install?
